I couldn’t believe it when I found out my good friend, Melanie, was in labor and on her way to the hospital. It was May 12th and she wasn’t due until June 1st. But I smiled because I knew Baby Dean had a plan. He wanted to make his mama’s first mother’s day the best one ever. Dean Robert was born at 7:08 a.m. on mother’s day and Melanie couldn’t have been more thrilled. Unfortunately Dave wasn’t able to be there for the birth as he was out of town for work, but he jumped on the next flight he could and raced to the hospital to meet his son for the first time. The moment he laid eyes on him, he fell in love and couldn’t believe how perfect he was. He is truly a blessing to them and I couldn’t be happier for them to finally have their family complete. I look forward to watching Dean grow and see what the future has in store for him.

Melanie and Dave’s first baby, Tyson, loves his new baby brother and is so protective of him.
I convinced Melanie to let me do a few with her and Dean together to capture this precious stage that goes by so fast. We have plans to do family photos soon when Dave is off too!
