Stephanie and Jesse were such troopers and braved one of the hottest and most humid mornings of the summer with me. We originally had their session scheduled for the late evening, but in true typical Florida form, it had been raining almost every afternoon, so last minute we decided to do early morning instead. We got to Tree Tops Park in Davie just as they opened the gates and before the crowds came rolling in for birthday parties under every pavilion. It was nice to have pretty much the entire park to ourselves. Just five minutes into the session we were all dripping sweat, but we rolled with it and ended up getting some great photos. Jesse is a character and has fun, laid back personality that immediately puts you at ease when you meet him. He had Stephanie cracking up all through the session and I love how natural their smiles were. Stephanie and Jesse are welcoming a baby boy, Jace, this September and I cannot wait to meet him! He’s bound to have gorgeous eyes with these two as his parents!
These last two photos are my favorites. I’m so glad we made the trek out to the boardwalk before calling it a day.
